Report Schedule & Recipients
Configure when automated reports are sent and who receives them for Conrad Osaka.
Email delivery requires a Resend API key
Schedule settings are saved and ready. To activate email delivery, contact your system administrator to configure the RESEND_API_KEY environment variable. Once configured, all enabled reports will dispatch automatically to the recipients listed below.
Weekly Report
Active — will dispatch on schedule
A summary of all audits conducted during the week, department scores, and flagged items. Sent every Saturday at 1:00 PM JST by default.
No custom recipients set — reports will be sent to all HODs listed in the Org Chart.
Monthly Report
Disabled — will not send
A comprehensive monthly performance review including trend analysis, department comparisons, and action item status. Sent on the 1st of each month.

Quarterly Report
Disabled — will not send
A strategic quarterly review with Forbes readiness assessment, StayScore and RSI trend analysis, and executive summary. Sent on the 1st of each quarter.
